0325L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 12/13/25
COLD AIR is coming. The front will arrive this afternoon sometime in the 1 and 4 timeframe. Winds will increase and the colder air will be moving in. We should reach the upper 30s to mid-40s by the time the front gets here. Overnight, expect lows to drop into the teens and wind chill temps may drop to single digits. The cold will last all day Sunday and we should recover back up into the 50s on Monday. We’ll see what happens.
Overall, we’ll be ok so here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:
Saturday- Sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. East winds around 5 mph, becoming northeast 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
Saturday Night- Mostly clear. Cold with lows around 18. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
