0330L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 7/18/25
There is a 10% chance for a stray thunderstorm this morning then the humidity will set in along with high temps in the upper 90s. That said, EXTREME CAUTION IS ADVISED while working outdoors as the HEAT INDEX will rise above 100 degrees. There doesn’t appear to be any rain chances at least through the middle of next week. Heat index temps will exceed warning criteria most likely on Sunday. We’ll see how this turns out. Just be careful and pay close attention to your body while in the heat.

Friday- Partly sunny in the morning, then clearing. Humid with highs in the upper 90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
Friday Night- Mostly clear. Lows in the mid-70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
