0330L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 9/22/25
We are in a SLIGHT RISK area for severe weather this evening and overnight. All hazards are possible; damaging wind gusts to 70 mph, quarter size hail and larger, and the tornado potential is low but not zero. I’ll update after our briefing this morning.
Overall, we’ll be ok, so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:
Monday- Patchy fog in the morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
Monday Night- Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening and after midnight. Some thunderstorms may be severe. Humid with lows in the upper 60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
