0320L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 8/30/25
Starting to feel like a broken record here with nice temps but a chance for rainfall. This will be our basic forecast for the next week or so. Percentages will vary between 20 and 100% between now and next Friday with a day or so with possibly no chance for any rain. Either way, it’s cooler and appears to remain that way for the foreseeable future. Enjoy it while you can because we will be getting colder in a few months. At least we don’t have any severe weather in the near future in the forecast.
Overall, we’ll be ok, so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:
Saturday- Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers. A chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Humid with highs in the upper 70s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Saturday Night- Chance of thunderstorms. Showers likely. Lows in the mid-60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
