HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY UNTIL 8PM THIS EVENING.

The heat continues. Not much else to say other than if you are working outdoors, take your time, hydrate properly, make sure outdoor pets have plenty of FRESH water, and keep an eye out on the kids while they play. The heat will affect them too.

Tonight- Mostly clear. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Lows in the upper 70s. South winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent. Heat index values up to 105 early in the evening.
