0245L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 12/14/25

COLD. That pretty much says it all. Wind chill TEMPS will be very low this morning as they are already at 5 degrees as of 0240L. If you have to be outside today, protect your skin, bundle up the kids, and also make sure your pets get taken care of. We should see sunshine this afternoon as the clouds slowly move out but won’t see temps above freezing as it appears right now. Stay warm!

Overall, we’ll be ok so here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:

Sunday- Sunny, cold with highs in the lower 30s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming southeast in the afternoon.

Sunday Night- Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly clear. Cold with lows in the lower 20s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
