The ridge of high pressure will slowly move our way from the SW U.S. As it does over the next day or so, we will definitely be getting warmer. Winds will become southerly and possibly gusty. Storm chances go way down until later on Saturday and Sunday. Until then, the heat index will rise so if you plan on being outdoors working, hydrate properly and use caution. Make sure to water and feed the animals too. They feel the heat also.

Tuesday- Sunny. Highs in the lower 90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
Tuesday Night- Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
