0305L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 12/12/ 25

Fairly warm, windy, and mostly clear today. Saturday looks about the same UNTIL a cold front pushes in mid to late afternoon, maybe sooner, and things go downhill quickly. After that front pushes in, temps will go from 50 degrees at roughly 4pm to 32 degrees by 10pm with windchill temps in the low 20’s. Sunday morning temps will be in the teens and wind chill temps around 5 degrees. It will definitely be cold on Sunday with highs around 30.

Other than the above, we are having a nice fall and winter arrives on the 21st.

Overall, we’ll be ok so here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:

Friday- Sunny, with a high near 50. North northeast wind 8 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.

Friday Night- Mostly clear, with a low around 26. Northeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming light and variable.
