0255L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 03/13/23
*The following is Open to the Public: STORM SPOTTER TRAINING, will be held at 216 West Oxford, Wednesday March 15, 2023, at 6:30 pm. Training will be held in the Sheriff’s training room. Again, this training is open to the public.
*For today, light northerly winds and cool. We’ll be clear early then we’ll see some clouds move in as the day progresses. Not a bad day, just cool out there. We’ll have several systems move through this week but it looks bleak for any substantial rainfall.
* We are still in an EXTREME DROUGHT so use caution doing anything related to fire. Call 911 if you see smoke or fire so the proper response can be sent.
*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Monday-Partly sunny in the morning, then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid-40s. North winds 5 to 10 mph.
Monday Night-Mostly cloudy in the evening, then becoming partly cloudy. Cold with lows in the upper 20s. East winds around 5 mph.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
