0400L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/17/19

1- A front will be pushing through this morning with a slight chance for very light precip. Winds will become northwesterly after the front moves through and winds will be a bit gusty for several hours. We will have several more fronts this week with minimal impacts. Later in the week, impacts may change. We’ll see what happens.

2- Fire danger is increasing so as stated in previous posts, be careful utilizing anything related to fire. Report suspicious activity to the Sheriff’s office and report any smoke or fire to 911.

3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Sunday- Cloudy through mid-morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 59. North wind 8 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Sunday Night- Increasing clouds, with a low around 38. Northwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming southwest after midnight.
