FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

POWER OUTAGES=FRUSTRATION. What can you do to prevent this in the event you lose power? I have talked about the answer for many years and a lot of folks just don’t listen. It falls into what we call PREPAREDNESS. I will talk about this in deeper detail after I write the story. It will be posted here next week and on my blog.

Speaking of the blog, I have deleted the database since the security of the addresses has been breached. This was supposed to be taken care of months ago but unfortunately it hasn’t. For those that received the blog post by email, DO NOT SIGN BACK UP FOR IT UNTIL I POST THAT IT’S OK. Just go to our website gcem.org or you can get it through our app, GARFIELD COUNTY EM. More on this later.
