0310L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 01/02/24

*Another cool day in the first few days of the new year and the rest of the week looks chilly too. We will have several fronts push through the area this week but precip chances look low right now. Keep in mind that those things can change so we’ll wait and see what happens.

*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Mostly cloudy this morning, then becoming partly sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight- Mostly clear in the evening, then becoming partly cloudy. Patchy fog after midnight. Cold with lows in the mid-20s. South winds around 5 mph, becoming northwest after midnight.

I will be posting preparedness info soon. You will also be able to read these on the GARFIELD COUNTY EM APP under Your Emergency. Read what’s there now and those items will be edited soon.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
