0355L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-1/25/22
1- CHILLY AND WINDY under mostly cloudy skies as cold air continues to move into the area. This process will be ongoing even through Wednesday. Snow Chances for the area are low due to low moisture content. If we happen to see any snow, it probably won’t happen here until later this evening into tomorrow when the main storm system arrives and snowfall for us would basically be a light dusting. We’ll watch and see if there are any major chances.
2- Overall, no other major weather is expected here for now so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Tuesday-Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36. Northeast wind 13 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Tuesday Night-Cloudy, with a low around 17. North northeast wind 8 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
3- The FIRE DANGER is elevated so use extreme caution out there.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
