0400L-TUESDAY UPDATE FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-7/31/18

1-HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE AREA GIVING US A REALLY NICE DAY. IT SHOULD BE WARM WITH A NICE BREEZE. As things look right now, we shouldn’t see anymore rain for awhile.

2- For the next several days, we will see temps slowly rise. Don’t worry as we will jump right back into the 90’s by Thursday and then be sunny and hot by the first of the week.

3- By the way, we didn’t do the storm siren test yesterday due to overcast conditions. We will conduct the test next Monday, August 6, 2018. This test will be the longer 3 minute test. As you should be aware in Enid, we conduct our tests each Monday with the first Monday of the month being the longer test. Subsequent Monday tests are a 20-30 seconds weather permitting.

4- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Tuesday-Sunny, with a high near 83. North northeast wind 7 to 9 mph.

Tuesday Night-Clear, with a low around 64. North northeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

MIKE
