0310L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 11/26/24
*Today will be cool and windy. Today’s winds will be southerly gusting as high as 25 mph. Skies should be clear but another front is expected Wednesday afternoon that will shift winds around to the north again bringing much colder air back into the area. We’ll be lucky to get to the mid 40’s on Thanksgiving day. We aren’t expecting any precip with these fronts but keep in mind that there could be some light precip Wednesday evening per guidance.
*Since we are under northwest flow atmospherically now, we can expect fronts every few days or so. We’ll see overnight low temps even colder than this morning on Friday morning so be prepared for that. Temps here on my personal weather station are at 26 degrees and falling at 0300L.
Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Sunny. Highs in the lower 50s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Tonight- Mostly clear in the evening, then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the upper 30s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
