0330L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/10/21
1- Marginal risk for possibly severe weather this afternoon into the early evening hours. IF STORMS OCCUR HERE, hail and strong winds would be our main threats. Storms should be in the linear mode meaning a squall line situation. Models are not totally in sync yet but we’ll see how this plays out. NO need to panic!
2- We’ll update later this morning as needed. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Wednesday- Highs in the upper 60s. South winds 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts. 80 percent chance of thunderstorms this afternoon possibly into the evening hours.
Wednesday Night-Clear and colder. Lows in the upper 30s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.
