0420L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-7/5/21
STORM SIREN TEST TODAY AT NOON IN ENID. THIS WILL BE THE 3 MINUTE TEST.
1- Hope everyone had a good Fourth of July. Many folks left plenty of trash out there. We had minimal fires and that was thanks to the rain we had. In addition to the rain, humidity and no wind helped immensely along with the mosquitoes and other insects. Hope you had fun. 😊
2- Temps around 90, Dew point temps in the 60s, south winds 5-10 mph, will make it feel very humid out there. Rain chances are low until Wednesday when a front pushes in and then next weekend looks wet per guidance. Don’t worry, it will turn hot sometime in the next few weeks.
3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today-Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeast winds around 10 mph.
Tonight-Mostly clear. Lows in the mid-60s. Southeast winds around 10 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!!
MIKE
