Good morning!

It’s going to be another HOT one today. We’ll have mostly sunny skies with a slight chance of showers this morning. Highs will climb to around 104° with southeast winds at 10–15 mph. Rain chances are around 20%.

As you can see, we already have some off-and-on rain showers popping up across the area this morning. We’ll take any moisture we can get! 🌧️

⚠️ HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT

A Heat Advisory is in effect for our area until 9:00 PM tonight. Heat index values could reach around 105°, especially this evening.

Tonight, skies will be mostly clear early before becoming partly cloudy. Lows will drop into the lower 70s, with southeast winds around 5–10 mph.

If you’re going to be outside today, make sure you stay hydrated, take frequent breaks, and try to spend as much time as possible in the shade or air conditioning. Check on family, friends, and neighbors, especially those who may be more vulnerable to the heat.
