We have an extremely hot day in store for us today. An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect until 8:00 PM this evening, with temperatures expected to reach around 104° and heat index values potentially reaching dangerous levels.

FYI — we are currently having some technical difficulties with our Garfield County EM App. Some folks are not receiving alerts from the National Weather Service.

We have our app company working on the issue and hope to have it resolved ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while we get this fixed.
