0405L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK AND INFO FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-2/8/19

THE BIG CHILL CONTINUES TODAY BUT A WARMUP IS COMING.

1) Clear skies will allow abundant sunshine so get out and enjoy, just wear your coat. The unfortunate thing about today is that we’ll still be COLD. We probably won’t get above freezing but just think; Spring will be here in just over a month.

2) Rain chances come back Sunday through Monday but our daytime temps will continue to climb which is a good thing.

3) I will be starting a Storm Awareness Program in a few weeks. Hopefully folks read this information. If I can do this by video, I’ll try to accomplish that too. We’ll see!!

 4) Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Friday-Sunny, with a high near 30. Calm wind becoming southeast 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

Friday Night-Mostly clear, with a low around 18. Southeast wind 7 to 10 mph.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!!
