2- Chilly this morning with gradual warming as the day moves forward. Temps are around freezing so DRIVE WITH CAUTION especially on bridges and overpasses. Travel should improve so just check your road information as needed. Today-Not as cool. Rain early in the morning, then a chance of rain late in the morning. Rain likely early in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
Tonight-Partly cloudy. A slight chance of rain in the evening. Lows in the mid 30s. Southwest winds 15 to 20 mph shifting to the west after midnight. Chance of rain 20 percent.
