FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-FRIDAY JUNE 23, 2017
I will keep this short and sweet. We have a cold front that will move through the area today. Temps today, Saturday, and Sunday will be in the LOW 80’S!! There is also a slight chance for showers but I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one here in our area. Hopefully, I’m wrong.
That said, here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Friday-40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 7am and 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 82. North northeast wind 7 to 12 mph increasing to 16 to 21 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph.
Friday Night-Partly cloudy, with a low around 59. North northeast wind 6 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Have a super day and stay safe.
