0300L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 03/10/23

*Enjoy the sunshine today with high temps in the 50’s. Winds will be light so it shouldn’t seem too cold. Northerly winds will shift to the south around mid- morning or so but will remain light. Winds will increase overnight as another cold front approaches and enters the area later tomorrow afternoon. Personally, I am ready for the weather to stay warm and stop the roller coaster affect.

* Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid-50s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming southeast this afternoon.

Tonight- Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly cloudy. Not as cool with lows in the mid-40s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
