0345L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-3/25/22

1- A mild day is expected as a weak cold front pushes through the area this morning. Gusty north winds will occur then lay down later this afternoon as those effects of the front move southeast. The Fire Danger is nominal but with the windshift and the dryer air moving in, we’ll have that small chance for fire so be careful out there with anything related to fire.

2- Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Sunny. Highs in the mid-60s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming north 15 to 20 mph this afternoon.

Tonight-Mostly clear. Lows in the mid-30s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming southeast around 5 mph after midnight.
