0310L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 4/14/25

The front has pushed through the area and cooler air is supposed to follow. Today will be quite a bit cooler but we’ll also see gusty winds out of the north. The fire danger is still apparent so be careful out there. Our next chance for any rainfall appears to be this weekend. We’ll see what happens.

Overall, we’ll be ok. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:

Today- Sunny this morning, then becoming partly sunny. Breezy and much cooler with highs in the upper 60s. North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy in the evening, then clearing. Cooler with lows in the upper 30s. North winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming northwest around 5 mph after midnight.
