0335L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-1/4/21

1- There is a slight chance for some patchy freezing fog around the area so if you encounter any, slow down, and use extreme caution while walking or driving. Mild conditions for Monday as the snow continues to melt. No major changes to the forecast as of right now. We will see a few systems move through the area this week but with minimal impacts. We might see some rain late Wednesday into early Thursday but again, minimal impacts right now.

2- Overall, a good week so if you weren’t prepared for the last snowstorm, take the time and be ready for the next one. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Monday-Patchy freezing fog before 7am. Sunny, with a high near 51. North northwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Monday Night- Clear with a low around 27. Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable.
