0325L-MONDAY/TUESDAY OUTLOOK AND INFO FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MGMT-1/6/2020

1- GARFIELD COUNTY EM is our notification app. If you don’t have it, you are not prepared.

2- I am taking a few days off so today’s info will also include Tuesday. Both days look to be mild but a little breezy. Temps, both days will be in the 50’s for daytime highs and around 32 for lows. Today we’ll see another dry front push in with winds out of the north and then Tuesday, we’ll see southerly winds return.

3- With windy conditions continuing, keep that eye out for smoke and fire. If you see any, call 911.

4- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Sunny with highs in the lower 50s. Light winds becoming northwest 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight- Clear with lows in the mid-20s. Northwest winds around 10 mph.

Tuesday- Sunny with highs in the upper 50s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tuesday Night-Clear with lows in the lower 30s. Southwest winds around 10 mph.
