0415L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-1/7/19
1- Very mild weather and above average temps for the next few days. The wind could be an issue but overall, this isn’t bad for January.
2- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Monday-Sunny, with a high near 64. West northwest wind 10 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Monday Night-Clear, with a low around 37. Southwest wind 6 to 15 mph becoming north after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
3- For you radar folks, the KTLX radar in Norman will be down for approximately 5 days for transmitter refurbishment. KVNX, KFDR, KINX, KRSX, KICT, and KFWS are radars that will cover all regions of Oklahoma.
4- Be careful utilizing anything related to fire. The fire danger does exist out there.
