0400L-MONDAY UPDATE FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-6/18/18

1- The heat continues. High today in the low 90s with heat index values in the upper 90s. As always, pace yourselves while working outside as humidity will increase. NO RAIN expected today.

2- As it looks right now, rain chances are increasing but there are still some differences in the models. We’ll take each day as it comes and adjust as needed. Just be prepared for heavy rain if you end up underneath one of those cells.

3-Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Highs in the lower 90s. Heat index-upper 90’s, South winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph.

Tonight- Lows in the lower 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph.
