0325L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-5/22/23

* After reading the guidance from the SPC, Wichita and Norman WFO’S, we’ll stand a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms for the next several days. There is no promise that it will rain everywhere but if it rains where you are it may be heavy at times. If storms can organize out there, hail and winds will become a possible problem. What happens tomorrow will depend on what happens today and each day along with the overnight periods. We’ll see how this develops.

*Overall, we’ll be ok but we’ll keep that eye out on possible changes in what may occur over the next several days. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Monday- Partly sunny. A chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 70s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30 percent.

Monday Night- Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the upper 50s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
