MARGINAL RISK FOR HEAVY WEATHER LATER TODAY.
Showers and a few thunderstorms may affect the area early this morning and possibly through the morning hours. As this is being typed, there is a line of showers out west slowly making their way east. Nothing is severe and we’re not expecting anything severe early this morning. The rain would be nice though since we missed all the mess for the last several days.
Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 70s. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
Tonight- Cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the upper 50s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.
