0300L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 5/27/25

As of right now, we are out of any risk area for severe weather. According to my rain totals, we received 1/10th of an inch over the weekend. Other areas around the county were about the same but there were locations that received over an inch. Lucky them. We’ll be back under that pesky general risk on Wednesday. It will be cooler this week so enjoy the cool temps while you can. Summer will arrive before you know it.

Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Mostly cloudy. Showers likely with a slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Highs in the lower 70s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.

Tonight-Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid-50s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
