DIRECTORS COMMENT

Yesterday afternoon felt good instructing a Spotter Class again for my Law Enforcement folks. We are adding several into our network which will enhance the group immensely. For those that don’t know, we have a “countywide” network of spotters consisting of Volunteer firefighters, Sheriff Deputies, Police officers from Enid PD, Lahoma PD, Waukomis PD, and North Enid PD. OHP assists when they are available. We utilize emergency services personnel because we can already talk to each other and we can scramble folks quickly since we are already connected through our communications networks. I speak of a TEAM EFFORT because as most can see here, we wear different uniforms but we’re all on the same team when it comes to protecting our citizens both here and assisting others if needed in other jurisdictions. This is what we do!

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
