*We may have missed the thunderstorms yesterday but we won’t miss the humidity from the atmosphere today and over the weekend. It will be dangerously hot again today so use extreme caution while outdoors. We are expecting a front late Sunday into Monday and this front will cool us down by 10 degrees or so on Monday.
*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Sunny, hot with highs around 100. Southeast winds around 5 mph. Heat index values up to 110 this afternoon.
Tonight- Mostly clear. Humid with lows in the mid-70s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Heat index values up to 110 early in the evening.
