0300L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-12/4/21
1- The roller coaster starts with the front that pushed through yesterday. We’ll see high temps in the 50s and modest NE winds. We’ll warm up around 70 on Sunday then a strong cold front will push in and we’ll see overnight lows in the 20s and highs next week in the 40s and 50s. I call this the battle of the seasons. The one thing that is relevant here is that we won’t see any rainfall, as it appears right now. Hopefully this will change soon.
2- Overall, we’ll be ok. On the fire side, if you see smoke or fire, call 911. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today-Partly sunny, with a high near 58. Northeast wind 5 to 15 mph.
Tonight-Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 41. Calm wind becoming south southwest 5 to 10 mph after midnight.
Finally; be sure to download our GARFIELD COUNTY EM app. It just could save your life!
HAVE A GOOD DAY.
