The NWS in Norman has issued a Heat Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening.
HEAT INDEX…Maximum heat index values will range from 105 to 110 degrees.
IMPACTS…Actions should be taken to avoid heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Continue to use extreme caution during any outdoor activities.
