Guess what’s back? The HEAT and I don’t mean the basketball team. Because of this,
The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a HEAT ADVISORY, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening.
* TEMPERATURE…High temperatures will range from 93 to 103 degrees this afternoon.
* HEAT INDEX…Maximum heat index values will range from 105 to 110 degrees this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Actions should be taken to avoid heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Be extremely careful when working or the kids playing outdoors. Check on the pets too.

Today-“Isolated” showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Sunny and hot, with a high near 101. Heat index values as high as 106. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 10%.
