SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 12/8/24
*A cold front is slowly moving our way so it will be a bit windy. We could see gusts upwards of 30 mph. The front is forecast to move through the area around 2 am Monday morning. Still, no rain in the forecast. We will cool off a little with highs in the 40s then warm back up into the 50s by Thursday through next weekend. We’ll see what happens.
Overall, we’ll be ok, so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Patchy fog this morning. Mostly sunny. Highs around 60. South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
Tonight- Mostly clear in the evening, then becoming partly cloudy. Patchy fog in the evening, then areas of fog after midnight. Lows in the upper 30s. South winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming northwest after midnight.
