* It’s going to be cold for the next several days but it will be the wind chill that affects us the most. Be sure to wear a coat and if you plan on traveling, take the proper precautions in the event you break down somewhere. Cold and windy conditions for today are expected.

* As stated above, we could see some wind chill values below zero during the overnight hours. Winter precip is NOT expected today but we may see some on Monday. Tuesday is the day that we could see heavier amounts of precip but that still isn’t set in stone for our area yet.

*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast for today from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Mostly cloudy. Much colder with highs in the upper 20s. North winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy. Cold with lows around 14. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
