0320L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/27/22

1- Do you like wind? Well, get ready as the winds will be northerly today, southerly on Monday into Tuesday and late Tuesday we’ll have another cold front push in with strong northerly winds. There won’t be much moisture to work with so we SHOULD remain dry. You’ll definitely feel the bite of the winds this week.  

2- By next weekend, it appears we’ll have a bit of a warmup so we’ll see what happens at that time. A lot can change in 6 days.

3- Overall, we’ll be ok so keep that jacket around and stay warm. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Mostly cloudy this morning, then becoming partly sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy in the evening, then clearing. Cold with lows around 30. West winds around 5 mph, becoming south after midnight.
