0330L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 10/20/24

*Today will be another warm and mild day. Later this evening and overnight into Monday, we could actually see some shower activity and then on Monday there may be a timeframe for possibly some severe weather. Right now, not too worried about the severe weather, we just need some rain. Early estimates due to the forecast gives us rainfall to ¼ of an inch and more if we end up under the heavier more intense cells. WE’LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS!

*The Fire Danger is still elevated so keep your eyes peeled for smoke and Fire and call 911 if you see any.

*Overall, we’ll be ok. Here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Sunny. Highs in the lower 80s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 40s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

*Be sure to download our GARFIELD COUNTY EM app. You’re not prepared without it!

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
