FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-THURSDAY-12/14/17

The Fire Danger is still around and will be for the winter. Just be careful. Overall, dry and cool with a very outside chance on Saturday that rain could fall somewhere within 200 miles of us. Not holding my breath but I would like to see some rainfall. My attitude towards rainfall is, it will happen when it happens. Kind of like winter will arrive when it happens too.

That said, here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Thursday-Mostly cloudy, with a high near 50. North wind 6 to 9 mph.

Thursday Night-Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 27. Light north northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the evening.
