FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-WEDNESDAY-12/13/17

Dry weather will persist for the foreseeable future. The Fire Danger will hang around for the rest of this fall season and then most of the winter. Just be extremely careful when using anything related to fire. This said, just be careful out there and report any smoke or fire that you may see to 911.

Today, we will have a trough/front move through giving us a wind shift and “slightly” cooler temps. No major issues expected with this passage.

 I will be producing a few more videos in the next few weeks and posting them on my YouTube page and on Facebook. I will try to keep them less than 3 minutes. I am told people don’t like to read and attention spans on videos are also short. This is only what I have been told!!

 Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

 Wednesday-Sunny, with a high near 62. West wind 9 to 14 mph becoming north 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.

Wednesday Night-Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. North wind 7 to 10 mph.

HAVE A SUPER DAY!!

MIKE
