0345L-GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-THURSDAY-1/4/18
We are finally warming up!! Personally, that bitter cold can stay in the ARCTIC!! I make a motion that we outlaw bitter cold and extreme heat and stay in spring for 6 months and fall for 6 months. What do you all think? Unfortunately, this won’t happen in my lifetime but may in a century or two.
Our highs through early next week will average mainly in the mid to upper 40’s, possibly a 50 or so and our lows will average in the mid to upper 20’s possibly low 30’s. There is also a SLIGHT chance for rain. I am not holding my breath but it would be nice to see some soon. Our crops really need it now.
That said, here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Thursday-Mostly sunny, with a high near 41. Southeast wind 6 to 8 mph.
Thursday Night-Clear, with a low around 21. Southeast wind around 7 mph.
HAVE A SUPER DAY AND STAY SAFE!!
MIKE
