FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-THURSDAY
We are now on a roller-coaster ride on temps until the next cold front pushes through the area later on Saturday. There will be a Marginal risk for severe weather late Saturday afternoon into the evening and overnight hours as it looks right now. This could change.
For those of you that hate cold and love warmer weather, ENJOY the next two and a half days as we will be in the 80’s and overnight temps will be in the 60’s or so. Winds will become a factor so drive carefully out there.
Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Thursday-Sunny, with a high near 80. South wind 9 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Thursday Night-Clear, with a low around 64. South wind 11 to 13 mph.
