FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-TUESDAY 8/8/17
Since the forecast looks good with mostly clear skies, we will test our storm siren network in Enid and Breckenridge at 12 NOON. Remember that storm sirens are warning devices for folks “outside”. In most cases, you won’t hear them inside unless you live near one. PLEASE let me know if the siren nearest you is operational. If you have our GARFIELD COUNTY EM app, send us a DAMAGE REPORT. It works so use it. Here’s some advice on the reports: if you utilize this feature, make sure you fill in the blanks. Don’t use “no name” for your name and address. Those are deleted. CREDIBILITY is important to me. Your info is safe with us. You may also send me an email at these two addresses email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org I thank you in advance for the help.
