0345L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 5/16/23

* The rain is over for a few days. I received a total of 2.5 inches of rain over the weekend. Let me know your totals too, please. This should help us on the drought situation in which we are in a severe drought as of last Thursday.

* Weather-wise, we should remain dry for the next few days with rain back in the forecast on Thursday. We will have another cold front move in bringing another chance for severe weather. Timing and other details are sketchy right now so more details tomorrow.

* Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Partly sunny. Highs in the mid-70s. North winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight- Mostly clear in the evening, then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 50s. Northeast winds around 5 mph.
