0300L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/07/23

*DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOW UNTIL 9 AM THIS MORNING*

*We have a surface trough across the area this morning that may be a focus point for fog around daybreak. Some areas may see visibilities down to around ¼ of a mile. If this occurs here, slow down and use caution while driving. After sunrise, the fog will lessen and we’ll see a pretty nice day with highs around 80. Winds will be mild too.

*Wednesday, winds will increase as a cold front moves in. We could see wind gusts upwards of 25 to 30 mph and temps will fall back into the mid-50s for high temps. There may be a chance for rain on Thursday so we’ll see what happens.

*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Areas of fog this morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 80s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 50s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.
