0304L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-08/04/21

1- HAZY and WARM again today and the haze looks like it will hang out for several more days. Per model guidance, rain is virtually out of the picture and the heat will be back on Saturday with highs around 100. The HEAT INDEX returns too so use extreme caution while doing any strenuous activity outdoors.

2-For those that hate the heat, winter should be here in 3-4 months. I just hope we don’t get as cold as we did last year. Either way, we’ll survive as we always do. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
