0315L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK & INFO FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MGMT-12/4/19

1- GARFIELD COUNTY EM is our emergency notification app. As I state all of the time, being prepared is extremely important. Without our app, YOU are NOT PREPARED.

2- Per NWS guidance, the next 7 days will be fairly mild with several fronts pushing through. There is a very slight chance, mostly no chance, for rain on Thursday afternoon and evening but we’ll see what happens. Winds will be a bit gusty on Thursday but nothing like last week.

3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Increasing clouds. Highs in the lower 60s.  Light and variable winds.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy. Lows around 40. Light and variable winds becoming south around 10 mph after midnight.
